How fast will you be able to get back to me?We work very hard to have your questions answered within 24 hours.

What is the estimate process like?We send out one of our cleaning pros to the location where the work is needed. We then examine the needed area and are able to get you an estimate within minutes. We can also get you an estimate for smaller deep cleanings via photos!

What is the payment process like?We can take most forms of payments. Checks, cash, card, etc. It is important for us that we give you a copy of your receipt. We can do this digitally or through the mail!

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that unexpected events may occur. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
